Do I need specific hardware registers to run ACRSpace?

No. ACRSpace operates entirely inside a secure web browser. You can use existing laptops, Windows desktops, tablets (iPads/Android), or standard smartphones. Any modern device with Google Chrome or Safari works as a fully functional billing register.

What barcode scanners and printers are supported?

Any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that emulates keyboard input works out of the box. For invoices, standard desktop and network printers generate clean A4, A5, and digital PDF invoices with zero driver hassles.

Where is my business data stored and are backups automated?

All transaction books, invoice histories, and stock registers are stored in secure cloud databases. Each organization is isolated in its own data vault. Backups occur continuously in the background. If a device breaks, simply log in on a new device and all data is immediately available.

Can I manage multiple stores and warehouse locations?

Yes. Under a multi-tenant subscription plan, owners can link multiple locations, warehouse zones, or retail outlets to one primary account. Managers can toggle between warehouse views from the dashboard while cashiers remain restricted to their assigned register.

What happens if store internet connection experiences latency?
