Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account and features until the end of your prepaid period.

2. Refunds

Since ACRSpace offers a free trial for all new users to evaluate our platform, we do not issue refunds for subscriptions once a charge has been successfully processed, except where required by law.

If you believe your account was charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing or fraudulent activity), please contact our support team immediately, and we will review your case. Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Data Retention Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation and the expiration of your active subscription, your account will enter a suspended state. We reserve the right to delete account data after a period of 90 days following cancellation.
