2. Description of Service
ACRSpace provides a multi-tenant enterprise-grade POS billing and inventory management system. The Service includes features such as dual-layer caching, atomic stock reconciliation, Tab Sync via BroadcastChannel, and TallyPrime XML export, among others.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Multi-Tenant Infrastructure and Data Privacy
As a multi-tenant platform, your data is securely isolated from other tenants. We employ robust security measures to ensure that your business data, inventory records, and POS transactions remain private and accessible only to authorized users within your tenant account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. For example, you must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt or degrade the performance of the Service.
- Access or search the Service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
6. Fees and Payments
Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
